Alongside our work for agencies and businesses, we test new tools in our own lab. We build them experimentally, hand them to pilot users and improve them based on real use. In every experiment, data security and control come first.
Experimental, but with rules
A tool in development is no excuse for careless data handling. Every lab project follows three principles from the first line of code.
Fast experiments
A working prototype in a few weeks, tested with real users and released continuously based on their feedback.
Data stays with the user
We design so that data lives on infrastructure the user controls, not in a database of ours.
Transparency
We say clearly what is a pilot, where data is stored and what may not be accurate yet.
AADE myDATA Books
One page for the myDATA documents of the Greek tax authority (AADE) and for employees registered in ERGANI, across every business you manage. We built it because business owners and their accountants need a quick view: what was issued, what was received, how much VAT is due and who the main counterparties are, without opening several systems.
The app connects to the AADE myDATA REST API with your own credentials and, optionally, to the ERGANI web services. You sign in with your Google account, and all settings and data are stored in your own Google Drive, in a private app folder.

Your data stays yours
A tool that reads invoices and employee records must respect data by design. That is how we built it.
No database of ours
Settings and data are stored in the user's Google Drive, in a private app folder, protected by the security of the Google account.
Sign in with Google only
Access goes through your Google account, so its security settings, such as 2-step verification, apply.
Your own credentials
The myDATA and ERGANI connections use credentials you create yourself and can revoke at any time.
Ongoing review
Every new version is checked for where data goes before it reaches pilot users.
Note: myDATA Books is in a pilot phase. Calculations rely on the data AADE returns and may contain errors. It does not replace your accountant or the official AADE systems.
